Tanker 53-1 is primarily used for the non-hydrated areas of the township approx. 2 miles and for mutual aid calls. 53-1 is also utilized for brush fires to supply Unit 54-1.

Brush Fire 54-1 was custom built by Erhart/York Township Fire Department. Unit 54-1 is utilized for all open burns and brush fires.
During the winter months a snow plow is used during periods of heavy snow on EMS calls to clear a path for Unit 57-1
